Returns and Refunds
Emily Los Angeles accepts returns on full-price items within 10 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
To Initiate a Return:
- Email us at info@shopemilyla.com to start the return process.
- If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions for sending your package.
- Please ensure that you obtain a return authorization before sending items back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
- Items returned after the 10-day window will be refused upon delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements.
Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@shopemilyla.com so we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order separately for the desired item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. A shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for the return label. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company.
