Returns and Refunds
Emily Los Angeles accepts returns on full-price items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
To Initiate a Return:
- Check Your Email: Locate the email confirmation for your order.
- View Your Order: Click on the "View Your Order" link in the email.
- Request a Return: Once you're on the order page, look for the "Request Return" button and click it.
- Return Confirmation: After your return request is accepted, a shipping label will be sent to your email.
- Prepare Your Package: Print the shipping label and attach it to your return package.
- Ship Your Package: Drop off your package at the designated shipping location.
Damages and Issues: Inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@shopemilyla.com so we can address the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items cannot be returned.
Exchanges: To exchange an item, please return the original item following our return process and place a new order separately for the desired item.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status. A shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for the return label. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that processing times may vary with your bank or credit card company.
