How do your pieces fit?
Some styles are designed for an oversized fit, while others fit true to size. Refer to each style’s fit notes and size chart to find your preferred fit.
Do you have size charts?
Yes. Each product page links to its specific size chart with measurements in inches. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the chart before ordering, as fit can vary by style.

How should I care for my pieces?
Care varies by fabric and style. Please follow the care instructions provided with your individual garment.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery timing depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Final sale items cannot be returned.
How do I start a return?
- Locate your order confirmation email and click View Your Order.
- Select Request Return on the order page.
- Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email.
- Print the label, pack your item securely, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Please note that the cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its status. If approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Processing times may vary by bank.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the preferred style or size.
What if my item arrived damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If something is wrong, contact us at info@emilylosangeles.com immediately and we will make it right.
